Cindy Overmyer RPh
Vice President and Director of Pharmacy Services
A native of the Dallas area, Cindy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, College of Pharmacy. Since graduation, Cindy has worked in a variety of specialty pharmacy settings acquiring more than 25 years of healthcare management experience and expertise.
Cindy joined the Y Medical team in 2000 and has continually inspired and managed the growth and expansion of the company. As Vice President, Cindy directs and motivates the creation and development of goals and plans for the quality management of a full continuum of services developed and structured in response to patient and client need. As the Director of Pharmacy Services, she is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating all pharmaceutical services provided by the company.
Cindy is an active member in the National Home Infusion Association and when not at the office she enjoys traveling, photography, and most of all, spending time with her beautiful family.
Sheryl Smith RN, BSN
Director of Clinical Services
Sheryl received her BSN from Texas Woman’s University. After graduation, she earned valuable clinical experience while working at Dallas’ Parkland Memorial Hospital working in General Pediatrics, Neonatal ICU, and Pediatric Trauma ICU where she implemented the practice of primary nursing and clinical pathways.
In her 10 years at YMA, Sheryl advanced herself from staff nurse to her current position as Director of Clinical Services. Now with over 20 years experience in the home infusion industry, Sheryl provides a world of knowledge and expertise to the YMA team.
Sheryl is a proud member of the National Home Infusion Association and the Infusion Nurse’s Society.
